GREGG WOODNICK 

Gregg is a former adjunct law professor and a lecturer at Midwestern College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he teaches mandatory reporting and compliance. Gregg has served as cooperating counsel to the American Civil Liberties Union, provides instruction at legal education conferences to attorneys, judges, counselors, and other professionals, and he has also provided media commentary for high-profile cases and investigations.

 • Gregg grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and graduate degree from Arizona State University (Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law).


• Appointed by Chief Justice Bales of the Arizona Supreme Court to the 2017 Task Force rewriting the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure.


• Gregg is a staunch proponent of same-sex rights. He sponsored the Family Law Practitioners’ Amicus Brief to the Arizona Supreme Court in McLaughlin v. Jones, and previously served as cooperating counsel with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to secure the first second-parent, same-sex adoption in Arizona history.


• Gregg is guest instructor at Midwestern College of Osteopathic Medicine where he co-lectures on mandatory reporting and A.R.S. § 13-3620 compliance.
